・Before pickup or delivery, full payment is required once all reserved items arrive (excluding pre-orders).  
・For all reserved items, the remaining balance payment method will be notified by staff upon arrival. (In-store pickup payments are made at the store)  
・All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit; once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.  
・If insufficient supply prevents delivery, the paid deposit will be refunded.  
・Release dates for products may be delayed or changed without prior notice.  
・If you receive a pickup notification but do not collect the item within the specified period, it will be considered a forfeited order. The goods will be confiscated, and all paid deposits or amounts will not be refunded.
